Laura Kiesewetter

Laura Kiesewetter has extensive experience in internal communications and employee engagement, currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement at Nestlé since July 2014. In addition, Laura has held various roles at Nestlé, including Head of Digital Communications and Pressesprecherin, as well as Corporate Affairs and Internal Communications Manager. Laura is also a juror for the Deutscher Preis für Onlinekommunikation with Quadriga Media Berlin GmbH since March 2022. Previous experience includes research assistance at EHERO, internships at Nestlé, fischerAppelt, Grameen Foundation, and ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. Laura holds a Master of Science in Economics of Entrepreneurship and Strategy from Erasmus School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Mannheim, complemented by a study period abroad at Université libre de Bruxelles.
