Lisa Kodama

Lisa Kodama is an experienced procurement professional with a significant tenure at Nestlé USA since September 2006, currently serving as Group Manager in Supplier Management within Procurement Excellence. In this role, Lisa leads and develops a team of three, focusing on the implementation of the Nestlé Supplier Relationship Management program. Previous positions at Nestlé include Group Purchasing Manager for Contract Manufacturing and Business Partners, where responsibilities encompassed managing significant supplier relations and procurement operations across multiple divisions. Prior to Nestlé, Lisa held roles at AeroVironment, Avnet Electronics / Marshall Industries, Management Compensation Group, and US Trust, gathering extensive experience in purchasing, materials management, and procurement processes. Lisa holds a BA in Liberal Studies from California State University, Northridge, completed in 1988.
