Madhumita Chaudhary

Madhumita Chaudhary (Wadhwa) has extensive experience in human resources, focusing on total rewards and compensation. Currently serving as Head of Corporate Compensation and Global Total Rewards Function Leader for HR Transformation at Nestlé, Madhumita previously held the role of Head of Total Rewards for Nestlé Nutrition. Prior to Nestlé, Madhumita worked as an HR Leader at American Express, managing HR functions for the World Wide Risk Business in India, and held various roles at GE Capital, including Assistant Vice President for HR. Early career experience includes roles in marketing at Ogilvy and Amul, along with a sabbatical period dedicated to voluntary work and teaching. Madhumita holds an MBA from the Institute of Rural Management Anand and a BTech in Dairy Science from the National Dairy Research Institute, supplemented by the Nestlé Leadership Program from London Business School.
