Megan Smith has extensive experience in consumer and marketplace insights, currently serving as CMI Brand Manager at Nestlé since January 2017, after holding positions as Product Insights Manager and Innovation Analyst within the same department. Prior to Nestlé, Megan worked at Dealer Tire as a Senior Market Research & Competitive Intelligence Analyst, and at American Greetings as a Consumer Insights Analyst. Earlier experience includes a role as Market Research Consultant at KeyBank and a Research Analyst position at Triad Research Group. Megan holds a Master of Arts in Consumer Industrial Research from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ohio University.
