Natália Leão is a seasoned professional in social intelligence and digital strategy, currently serving as the Global Social Intelligence Development Lead at Nestlé since April 2022. With extensive experience at Convosphere as an Insights Account Director, Natália has successfully developed and executed social media intelligence projects and built a global team of analysts. Prior roles include digital strategist at Blackninja, where Natália managed client brand strategies and day-to-day project operations, and project manager at On the Grow, focusing on mobile application launches in multiple countries. Additional experience includes account executive positions at Massape Comunicacao and social media consultancy at On-Help!. Natália holds a Master’s Degree in Innovation and Technological Entrepreneurship from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Marketing from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco.
