Neil Edwards

Neil Edwards is a commercially focused HR professional with 25 years of experience delivering HR solutions across the finance, engineering, and FMCG sectors. They have held various positions at Nestlé, including HR Manager in the UK from 1997 to 2001, Business Excellence Manager from 2003 to 2007, and currently serve as HR Director for both Nestlé Cesko and Nestlé Turkey since 2007 and 2013, respectively, where they set HR strategy and lead implementation across multiple countries and facilities. Neil earned a BSc in Psychology from the University of Leicester in 1987.
