Shane Zhou

Shane Zhou is an accomplished professional in food science and technology with extensive experience spanning more than two decades. Early career at University of Massachusetts Amherst involved natural antioxidant research and transitioned to a role as Senior Scientist at Monsanto focusing on the analysis of nutraceutical compounds. At The Coca-Cola Company, Shane served as Food Chemist IV, specializing in food chemistry and analytical problem-solving. Following this, a tenure at Kellogg Company as Principal Food Development Chemist showcased expertise in food safety and regulatory compliance.
