Silvana S. has extensive experience in the food industry, primarily with Nestlé, where roles have included Technical Director and Market ESG Champion, Factory Director for both Chocolates and Breakfast Cereals, and Factory Senior Manager for Moça Sweet Condensed Milk and Nescafé Dolce Gusto. Prior to this, Silvana served as Senior Production Manager at Chocolates Garoto and held various positions at Nestlé, including Senior Innovation & Renovation Project Manager for Infant Nutrition. Early career experience includes roles at Garoto as Application Group Manager, Product Development Coordinator, and Production Supervisor. Silvana holds a degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Federal de Viçosa and a Master of Science from UENF - Universidade Estadual do Norte Fluminense.
