Tim Gates has an extensive background in human resources, talent management, and training & development. Tim has held various leadership roles at companies such as Nestlé, Campbell Soup Company, and Nestlé Dreyer's Ice Cream Company. Tim has successfully led teams and initiatives to recruit, develop, and retain talent across different business units and divisions. Additionally, Tim has experience in marketing and IT project leadership. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from UW Foster School of Business.
