Valyncia Saunders

Valyncia Saunders is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in both private practice and corporate law. Beginning a career as an Editorial Assistant at Heart & Soul Magazine from 1998 to 2000, Valyncia progressed to hold various significant positions, including Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright and Bracewell LLP, and Partner at Baker Williams Matthiesen LLP. Valyncia later served as Senior Counsel in Marketing and took on multiple roles, including Assistant General Counsel and Managing Director at Altria, before becoming Division General Counsel at Nestlé in March 2022. Valyncia holds a JD from USC Gould School of Law and a BA in Journalism from Howard University, alongside serving on the board of the Center for Youth and Family Advocacy.
