Isabelle-Anne Trainar-Smit currently serves as VP - General Counsel for the I+S Division at Univar Solutions, where responsibilities include overseeing legal and compliance matters across operations in over 40 countries and leading a team of eight legal counsels. Previously, Isabelle-Anne held similar roles at Univar Solutions for the EMEA-APAC-LATAM regions, and at TotalEnergies EP Nederland B.V., where significant contributions were made to high-profile projects. Isabelle-Anne has extensive experience in M&A, antitrust, and compliance across various sectors, along with past positions in Fugro and Total, and has an academic background in international and European law, with degrees from prestigious institutions including American University Washington College of Law and Université Paris-Sorbonne.
