Vinti Arora serves as the Head of Industrial Services & Sustainability at Nestlé, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Vinti Arora was the Factory Director at Unilever from June 2020 to May 2024, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams to achieve key performance indicators in various operational areas and chairing the Supply Chain Leadership Forum for Coffee.
