Damien Charbonneau

Damien Charbonneau is the current COO at Nesto and a co-founder of the company. Damien has worked in the financial industry for over six years and has experience in developing investment theses, working with entrepreneurs, and supporting business financing. Damien started their career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company where they worked on various projects for two years before moving into the role of Summer Business Analyst. In this role, they worked closely with clients to provide analysis and recommendations on how to improve their businesses. After their time at McKinsey, Damien joined Diagram Ventures as the Director of New Venture Strategy & Creation. In this role, they were responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company. Damien also helped to finance and launch Nesto, Diagram's fourth venture. Damien is passionate about helping Canadians improve their financial wellbeing and is dedicated to building a strong team at Nesto.
