ETHAN F. BACARD

Ethan F. Bacard has worked in the software engineering and GNSS fields since 2011. Theirwork experience includes roles at Laboratoire TSI2M in 2011, where they were a Junior Developer and worked on understanding a clustering algorithm and a classification algorithm. In 2012, they were a Junior Developer at Thomson Video Networks, where they worked on improving a noise reduction algorithm based on motion estimation. In 2013, they worked as a Developer at SIGNAV ENAC, developing a GPS/GALILEO software receiver and a platform simulating the processing performed by the receiver. ETHAN F. also worked as a Developer at ABBIA GNSS Technologies from 2013 to 2018, where they developed the Local Maintenance Equipment tool for GALILEO Ground Segment System, and was involved in the development of several Tools and Geolocation solutions using GALILEO Receiver. In 2020, they became a Senior GNSS Engineer at Nestwave.

Ethan F. Bacard obtained their Master of Science in Software and Computing Engineering from the National School of Applied Science and Technology in 2012. In 2019, they obtained the certification of Python Data Structures: Stacks, Queues, and Deques from LinkedIn.
