Jaret Ruscio possesses extensive experience in project management and technical support, currently serving as both a Project Manager and Consultant at Innovation ERP since July 2014. Prior to this, Jaret worked at FreedomVoice as a Customer Service Representative, providing support for cloud-based VoIP systems, and held the role of Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Telstar Hosted Service Inc, where responsibilities included managing server installations and training enterprise-level customers. Jaret's career also includes a position as Technical Support Manager at Touchstar Software, overseeing a team of technicians and contributing to significant company growth. Academic qualifications include an MBA in International Business from San Diego State University and a B.S. in Business Administration Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University.
