Shawn Parsons

Shawn Parsons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and IT support. Currently serving as a Senior Business System Analyst at Net@Work since June 2017, Shawn specializes in the installation, implementation, and support of Sage Abra Suite & HRMS systems, alongside programming customized interfaces and solutions. Prior to this role, Shawn worked as a Consultant at Cost Management Services from October 2002 to May 2017, performing similar responsibilities. Shawn’s career began at Diversified Data Services as a Programmer/Analyst, followed by a position as Systems Programmer/Administrator at Municipal Computer Facility, where tasks included network maintenance, system administration, and custom programming. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Rhode Island College, earned between 1982 and 1986.
