Bill Byrne has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support. Bill started their career at Geek Squad in 2002 as an IT Support Specialist, specializing in diagnosing computer software and hardware issues and performing repairs and upgrades on PC components. In 2006, they joined Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business as an IT Support Specialist, providing end user/desktop support for faculty, staff, and MBA students.
