Nate Palaninathan

Nate Palaninathan is a seasoned IT professional currently serving as a Sr. IT Infrastructure Engineer at Segra since April 2023. With a comprehensive background spanning more than 15 years, Nate's experience includes extensive work as a Network/Voice/Systems Engineer at ACN from January 2009 to April 2023, where responsibilities included configuring and maintaining various routers and switches, managing data interconnects with major global ISPs, and troubleshooting network issues. Prior roles also include positions in customer service and technical support at Staples, Best Buy, and Digital Age, where Nate developed expertise in digital technology sales and computer maintenance. Nate holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science with a focus on Network Security from ECPI University and an Associate's Degree in Computer Engineering Technology from Forsyth Technical Community College, complemented by a strong foundational education from Bishop McGuinness Memorial High School.
