Carol Vance

Carol Vance is an accomplished leader in the healthcare industry, with extensive experience in rehabilitation services and health behavior change. As the Founder and CEO of Alinea Engage, Vance focused on innovative solutions to improve lives through rehabilitation and technology, serving as President and CEO from 2016 to 2025. Prior to this role, Vance held the position of Senior Vice President of HealthSolutions at PosTrack Technologies, where a new division was created to penetrate the health and wellness market. Vance's career also includes a consultancy role at Chronic Disease Self-Management Innovations, managing clinical trials, and a position as Clinical Research Coordinator at the Medical College of Wisconsin, coordinating NIH projects.
