Eric Grover has had a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. In their current role at Net Health, they serve as the SVP of Software Engineering, responsible for leading software engineering operations. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Software Architecture at Net Health. Before joining Net Health, Eric worked at Core BTS as the Principal Architect, where they designed and developed cloud solutions using modern technologies and provided thought leadership and mentoring to clients and teammates. Eric also created an award-winning time-lapse photography application for Windows Phone during their tenure at Timelapse Studio. Eric's previous experience includes working as an Infrastructure Applications Architect at University Hospitals of Cleveland, where they architectured custom software solutions and contributed to the enterprise architecture roadmap. Eric also served as a Senior Developer at Tek Systems/Progressive Insurance, contributing to the development of a Forms Life Cycle Management application. Additionally, Eric has worked as a Web Developer and Pastoral Intern at Sovereign Grace Church and as a Senior Software Developer at RVA Consulting, where they led a team that built a custom sales project management application for Verizon Business.
Eric Grover completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1991 to 1996. In 2007 to 2008, they pursued pastoral studies and counseling at Sovereign Grace Pastors College, where they obtained a Certificate in Pastoral Studies/Counseling.
In addition to their formal education, Eric Grover has obtained various certifications. In February 2020, they earned the certification of "Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate" and "Developing Microsoft Azure Solutions" from Microsoft. Eric also holds the "MCSA: Web Applications" and "MCSD: App Builder" certifications from Microsoft, which were obtained in September 2016. Moreover, they have acquired multiple certifications in various Microsoft technologies including SharePoint Server 2013, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, and ASP.NET MVC 4 Web Applications.
Eric Grover has also pursued several additional certifications, including "Learning Next.js" from LinkedIn, obtained in October 2022. Eric has completed several courses in AR (Augmented Reality) development techniques from LinkedIn, including "AR Development Techniques 01: Basic Concepts" and "AR Development Techniques 02: Lighting and Physics," both obtained in July 2021. Furthermore, they achieved the "Master Cloud-Native Infrastructure with Kubernetes" certification from LinkedIn in July 2021.
