Mai Kim, MBA, CSSGB has over 18 years of extensive work experience in various roles related to business systems analysis, program management, and IT operations. Mai is currently serving as the Enterprise Business Systems Manager at Net Health, where they coordinate strategic process improvements and oversees the daily operations of a team responsible for developing and optimizing information technology systems and platforms.

Prior to their current role, Kim worked at VSP Global as a Program Manager, where they successfully managed multiple related projects and provided direction and guidance to project managers. Mai also served as a Systems Analyst, acting as a strategic liaison between IT staff, management, and business partners to achieve effective technical solutions. Previously, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst, focusing on developing and implementing business process improvements and system changes.

Kim's experience also includes roles at Blue Shield of California, MAXIMUS, Health Net, ECMC/EdFund, EDFUND, California Department of Education, and Golden 1 Credit Union. At Blue Shield of California, they served as a Program Manager for Business Systems Analysis, providing oversight for process improvement initiatives. Mai has also worked as a Business Systems Analysis Consultant/Lead and a Conversion Systems Analyst.
