Steve Bailey

Steve is a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group. Since joining Carlyle in 2005, he’s been focused on middle market industry-specific application software companies. Prior to joining Carlyle, Steve was in senior leadership roles at Dell, including Vice President and Head of Corporate Development. Prior to Dell, Steve was with ABS Capital Partners, 3Com and Alex. Brown. Steve received his MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and an A.B. from Harvard College.
