André Guillaume

André works for Leaps by Bayer, the impact investment arm of Bayer AG, based in Berlin Germany. André works as a VP Brand & Community Engagement for the Leaps by Bayer team, helping to provide presence at conventions (e.g. through Leaps Talks) and in digital. His team also supports Leaps portfolio companies with branding and comms work. André worked and lead teams in Strategic Marketing, Corporate Strategy and Portfolio Management for Bayer before becoming employee #2 on the Leaps team in 2016. André has studies and worked in Germany, US, Netherlands and the Republic of Ireland. André holds degrees in International Business Administration and Marketing Management.
