Sana Majid Lotia is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Global Management at ESMT Berlin, following a Bachelor of Science in International Economics and Management from Università Bocconi. Since April 2024, Sana has held the position of Business Transformation and Competitiveness Intern at Fluence, while also serving as Co-President and Consultant for Net Impact. Additionally, Sana works as a Research Assistant at ESMT Berlin, focusing on project management and data analysis for a digital skills program aimed at TVET teachers in Rwanda. Previous roles include Venture Consultant at Vali Berlin, Co-founder and Marketing Manager for Startupper for a Day, Marketing Executive for the Students' Philanthropic Foundation, and Platform Manager at illuminem. Experience also includes writing and event planning for Mass Media & Culture and contributions to the E-Club as part of the marketing team. Earlier experience includes brand management internships, contributing to the successful launch of various brands on platforms like Staiy.
