Kalle Eneroth

Head Of Customer Success at Net Insight

Kalle Eneroth has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kalle started their career as a Software Engineer at Tidax AB, where they worked on telecom systems for contact centers. Kalle then moved on to Nano Computer System as a Software Engineer, gaining experience in software development. Later, they joined Teleca OSS as a Support Manager, responsible for managing customer support. At Ericsson, Kalle held multiple roles, including Senior Customer Project Manager, VoLTE Operational Readiness Manager in Japan, and Head of Program Management for Northern Europe & Central Asia. In these positions, they were responsible for project management, system integration, and driving operational readiness. Kalle also worked at Avanade as a Lead Consultant, Sigfox Sweden as the Chief Technology Officer, and DigiNav as a Senior Consultant. Most recently, Kalle worked at Telia as a Customer Success Manager and at LearningTree as a Senior Instructor, where they delivered training in various management areas. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success at Net Insight.

Kalle Eneroth's education history can be summarized as follows:

From 1986 to 1991, Kalle attended Adolf-Fredrik Musical School, where they completed elementary school with a focus on music.

Kalle then moved on to Kungsholmens Musical Upper Secondary School from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a specialization in Natural Sciences.

In 1995, Kalle enrolled in Uppsala University's Computer Science Department, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. Kalle completed their studies in this field in 2001.

During their time in the professional world, Kalle also obtained several certifications. In 2004, they received the ITIL Foundation for IT Service Management certification from Learning Tree. In 2008, they obtained the IPMA Project Manager Level C certification from The Swedish Project Management Association.

Kalle also pursued further education in 2016 and 2017 at Vinkällan, where they earned a Sommelier Certificate WSET 3. This certification focused on the field of wine and food.

In terms of additional education, Kalle started a program at the University of Tübingen in 1998 but did not complete a degree. Kalle also began studying at Aix-Marseille University in 2019, but the completion of any degree remains unknown.
