Tove Bylund

Tove Bylund has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Tove started their career as an HR Assistant at Arbetsmiljöverket in 2004. Tove then worked as an HR Inquiry Agent at Ericsson in 2006 before joining Capgemini Consulting as an HR & Recruitment professional from 2007 to 2009. Tove then worked as a Consultant at SIPU International from 2009 to 2010. Tove then joined Capgemini Consulting again as an HR Manager from 2011 to 2012. Tove then became an HR Business Partner at Teracom Boxer Group from 2012 to 2018. Tove then worked as an HR Consultant at Wise Consulting from 2018 to 2023. Currently, Tove is the Head of HR at Net Insight since 2023.

From 2005 to 2006, they attended Université Paris 12 in France where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management with a specialization in management of organizations in change (M.Sc.).

Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, they studied at Stockholm University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources with a major in psychology. Tove'sspecialization during this time was in personnel and organization (B.Sc.).
