Paul Ives, MBA, PHR, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, business development, and education. Currently serving as a Human Resources Officer/Comptroller in the United States Navy Reserves since 2010, Paul has held various roles in organizational leadership and fundraising, including Partnership Program Manager at NET Ministries, where over 98% of missionaries have exceeded fundraising goals. As an Adjunct Professor of Business at Bethel University, Paul contributes to curriculum development and online course design. Previous roles include Director of Admissions at Bethel University, where Paul led an admissions team, and key positions at multiple educational institutions, focusing on enhancing enrollment and creating strategic partnerships. Paul holds an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University and has completed multiple degrees and certifications, including a Master of Arts in Military Operational Art and Science from the USAF Air Command and Staff College.
