Marie Stenild

Marie Stenild has over 15 years of experience in sustainability and project management, currently serving as the Sustainability Partnership Program Manager at VELUX since May 2012, where responsibilities include driving corporate carbon emissions reductions through external partnerships. Other roles at VELUX have included Lead Program Manager for Sustainability Integration, focusing on product sustainability and organizational carbon footprint reduction, as well as Senior Manager for Wood Technology and Technology Business Development Manager. Previous experience includes project management positions at Aarhus Kommune and Odder Kommune, where Marie worked on forest development, nature management, and public administration. Marie holds a Master of Science in Landscape Management and Planning from the University of Copenhagen, acquired from 1997 to 2004.
