Anna-Marie Slot

Anna-Marie Slot, JD, is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in sustainability and ESG strategy. Currently co-founding Transition Value Partners since May 2024, Anna-Marie also serves as a board member of the Net Zero Lawyers Alliance and is a member of the board of advisors for multiple organizations, including Vested Impact, Carbonaires, and Arcturus.io. Previously, Anna-Marie was the first Global ESG/Sustainability Partner at Ashurst, shaping the firm's ESG strategy from August 2014 to April 2024. Involvement with the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong as a governor and board member from January 2016 to February 2020 highlighted a commitment to enhancing international business relations. Prior positions include partner roles at White & Case and associate at Fried Frank, complemented by a foundation in financial institutions sales during earlier career stages. Anna-Marie holds a JD from Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from James Madison University.
