Annie Tentokalli has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Annie started their career at PLAYHOUSE Ltd in 2002 as a Customer Service Representative, where they handled board game customer service, cash reconciliation, and stock management. Annie stayed with the company until 2009.

In 2011, Annie joined Nestlé Nespresso SA as a Sales Promoter, responsible for selecting personnel for product demonstrations in retail stores and implementing sales marketing plans. Annie then advanced to the role of Senior Coffee Specialist, where they coached and developed a team of Coffee Specialists, managed the boutique's daily operations, and solved problems. Lastly, they became a Line Manager, overseeing boutique operations and collaborating with HR, Quality Control, and Finance departments to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards. Annie held these roles until 2018.

Annie supports employee performance processes, identifies talent needs, and implements the corporate hiring plan. Additionally, they collaborate with the People team to execute HR strategies for the business.

Annie Tentokalli pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) from 2002 to 2008. Annie then went on to obtain a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Geography from the University of Amsterdam in the years 2009 to 2010.
