Pradeep Singh

Pradeep Singh has extensive work experience in the agricultural and banking sectors. Pradeep most recently served as the Head of Risk, Strategy, and Compliance at Netafim Agricultural Financing Agency Pvt Ltd since December 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President at Edelweiss Agri Value Chain Limited from June 2018 to October 2019. Previously, Pradeep held the positions of Deputy Vice President, Product Head, and DVP at Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited from February 2017 to June 2018.

From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Axis Bank, where they served as the Head of Portfolio and Campaign Management, Head of Sales Planning for Rural Lending, and National Cross Sell Manager for Rural Lending. Pradeep gained experience in product management, portfolio monitoring, strategy, and policy development for Agri and Rural Banking during their tenure at ING Vysya Bank, where they worked as a Product Manager from November 2011 to November 2013.

Before that, Pradeep served as a Senior Manager at Yes Bank Limited from September 2010 to November 2011, where they worked as a Credit Analyst for Agri Corporates and performed financial appraisals for priority sector lending. Pradeep also held various roles at Axis Bank from April 2007 to August 2010, including Deputy Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager, where they specialized in credit appraisal for Agri Corporate, product management for retail Agri products, and portfolio development for Kisan Credit Card, Commission agents, and Tractor finance.

Pradeep began their professional career in the agricultural industry, working as a Territory Manager at Monsanto from September 2006 to March 2007, where they were responsible for sales, marketing, promotional campaigns, and after-sales service of seeds and agrochemicals. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Marketing Executive at DSCL from May 2005 to September 2006, where they focused on sales, marketing, promotional campaigns, and after-sales service of fertilizers, seeds, agrochemicals, and specialty chemicals.

Pradeep Singh obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Agriculture from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Pradeep further pursued their education at Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) from 2003 to 2005, earning a Post Graduate Programme in Rural Management with a specialization in Rural Management.
