Inon Klein

Inon Klein has extensive work experience in operations and supply chain management. Inon worked at Netafim from 2018 to 2021, where they served as the Director, Business Executive of Global Operations and later as the Director, Operations Manager - APAC. In these roles, they oversaw operational activities, ensured safety and compliance, and improved management systems. Inon also led and motivated staff members.

Before Netafim, Inon worked at Ceragon Networks from 2000 to 2011, where they held various positions including Vice President of Global Supply Chain, Director of Planning and Control, and Warehouse Manager. Inon was responsible for planning, procurement, and manufacturing capabilities, defining operational metrics, and managing inventory.

In addition, Inon had a role as the Head of Planning & Control of Manufacturing plants at Netafim from 2012 to 2017, where they led planning and control departments and executed customer orders.

Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at ACOS from 2011 to 2012, where they were responsible for establishing global collaborations and managing customer requirements.

Inon Klein obtained a Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management from Bar-Ilan University in 2005. In the same year, they also received certification in the SCOR model - Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Supply Chain Council. In 2006, they completed a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from Bar-Ilan University. In 2007-2008, Inon pursued diploma studies for senior management at the Technion - Israel Institute of management, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2019, they participated in an online program on Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online.
