Joe Statter has a diverse range of work experience in the field of network engineering and technical support. Joe started their career in 2008 as an Alcatel-Lucent Data Architect at Switch Communications, where they were responsible for the design and installation of data and wireless networks.

In 2011, they worked as a Senior Wireless Engineer at 2e2 and then transitioned to the role of Senior Technical Support Engineer EMEA at Ruckus Wireless. Joe continued to work in technical support roles at Aerohive Networks and Fortinet, where they provided senior-level support.

In 2015, they joined Capita Pervasive networks as a Senior Technical Support L3. Joe then moved to C>Ways Ltd as a Systems Engineer in 2019 before taking on contract positions as a Senior Network Engineer at Dimension Data and Electroniqe Equipe, where they provided technical support and troubleshooting for LAN and WLAN networks.

Most recently, Joe Statter has been working as a Technical Support Specialist at NetAlly since 2022.

Throughout their career, Joe has gained experience in various networking technologies such as Aruba wireless, Fortinet security solutions, and Cisco and Alcatel routing and switching solutions. Joe has also demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide pre and post-sales support and consultancy to customers.

Joe Statter received their MSc in Computer Science from the University of Sussex from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Benfield Road Comprehensive from 1968 to 1970, where they did not obtain a degree but completed GCSE. Joe Statter also holds several certifications, including ACWP and ACWA from Aerohive Networks, CWSP from CWNP, and ACNP from Aerohive Networks. Joe also has certifications from Alcatel-Lucent and CWNP, but the specific dates are unknown.
