Inès Coyras is an experienced digital marketing and communication professional with a strong background in web management, content creation, and user experience optimization. Currently serving as a Webmaster at NetAnswer since December 2021, Inès oversees sprints, conducts user testing, and manages onboarding processes while providing UX/UI recommendations. Prior roles include a digital content manager at Groupama, focusing on SEO and customer journey analysis, and a junior consultant at Adsvisers, where Inès engaged in community management. Inès has also contributed to communication initiatives at ENSAE Paris and other organizations, holding an MBA in Digital Marketing & Business from 2021, alongside multiple degrees in communication and marketing.
