Brandon T. Williams, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) and ITIL® 4 certified professional, has over a decade of experience in various leadership roles within the technology and support sectors. Since joining NetApp in October 2010, Brandon has progressed from Senior Support Account Manager for the US Public Sector to Manager of Support Account Management, overseeing a team dedicated to enhancing customer experiences in a rapidly evolving hybrid-cloud environment.
