Cathy Balcer

Cathy Balcer currently serves as the Senior Manager of the Public Cloud Customer Success Team at NetApp, leading the EMEA/LATAM team focused on Public Cloud Services since November 2021, having previously held the position of Manager within the same team. Additionally, Cathy is a member of the Board of Advisors for GoEko, providing strategic and financial guidance. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Customer Success Manager at Unit4 and over eighteen years at Microsoft in various capacities, including Asia & Greater Pacific GLEAM Director, where initiatives supporting LGBTQ+ employees were a focus. Early career roles included positions at Newcourt - Dell Financial Services, Infosystems Ltd/Zomax Ltd, and Disneyland Paris, following educational achievement of a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature and Civilisation from University Paris X.
