Estifania Chua

Estifania (Fannie) Chua currently serves as the Director of IT Business Operations and Chief of Staff to the CIO at NetApp, specializing in IT support operations, strategic planning, KPI monitoring, financial analysis, and vendor management. Prior to NetApp, Fannie held various leadership roles at MetLife, including Assistant Vice President, where responsibilities encompassed the management of a large portfolio of global applications and successful delivery of strategic HR transformation projects. Fannie also led teams in application maintenance and development and contributed to major initiatives within Oracle HCM. Earlier in the career, Fannie worked as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Adecco Group and as a Consultant at Accenture. Fannie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science from Far Eastern University.
