Jodi Plavner

Jodi Plavner is currently the Employment Counsel- Americas at NetApp, Inc., a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this role, they served as VP Litigation/Employment Law and Associate General Counsel at CDI Corporation from 2012 to 2020. Jodi also held the title of VP Human Resources and Employment Counsel at Advanta from 2009 to 2011, where they provided senior HR legal and business partnership. Earlier in their career, they were a Partner in the Labor and Employment Department at Wolf Block, LLP, from 1997 to 2009, after starting as an Associate there in 1990. Jodi earned a JD from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a BA in Communications and Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania.
