Joe Almanza

Joe Almanza has extensive experience in technology and operations, currently serving as the Lab Team / Operations Lead at NetApp since March 2006. In this role, Joe leads a team of engineers to provide lab services across various technical business lines, utilizing both bespoke IaaS and PaaS technologies along with physical hardware. Previous roles at NetApp include Lab Engineer, Learning and Performance Specialist, and Escalation Engineer, focusing on technical education and complex problem-solving. Prior to NetApp, Joe worked as a Systems Analyst at GKN Driveline North America Inc. and as a Systems Manager at Accretive Solutions. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, completed in 2006.
