Malgorzata (Gosia) Swierk possesses extensive experience in customer experience management and project delivery, currently serving as CX Program Manager at NetApp since January 2013. In this role, Malgorzata focuses on enhancing customer experience through the translation of feedback into actionable improvements and effective process creation. Responsibilities include managing global projects for technical support, overseeing customer experience initiatives in collaboration with leadership, and refining processes within the EMEA region.
