Malini Muralidharan

Malini Muralidharan is a seasoned professional currently serving as Sr. Director of Strategy & Operations at NetApp since November 2020. Prior to this role, Malini spent over six years at IBM as Director of Strategic Programs for Cloud & AI, where responsibilities included corporate strategy development, managing strategic partnerships to enhance IBM Watson's offerings, and leading global initiatives for IBM's Cloud strategy. Earlier experience includes product management at Bose Corporation, business process management at Majid Al Futtaim, and various roles at Merrill Lynch, where Malini served as Assistant Vice President and co-founded the BPM CoE. Malini holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Computer Engineering & Computer Science with high honors from Rutgers University.
