Trey Askew

Trey Askew is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical account management and operational leadership at NetApp. Since March 2017, Trey has held the position of Director in the SAM Center of Excellence, overseeing global operational teams and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while fostering a high-performance culture. Previous roles at NetApp include Senior Manager and Manager, where Trey focused on continuous improvement and resource allocation. With past experience as an Operations Program Manager and Critical Case Program Manager, Trey has demonstrated expertise in tools and process documentation, team metrics analysis, and customer satisfaction. Trey also served on the board of the Triangle Flying Disc Association, promoting the sport of Ultimate, and has extensive experience in technical support and systems engineering from earlier positions at Consonus Technologies, Strategic Technologies, Inc., and Ciber, Inc. Trey holds an MBA in Services Management and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University.
