Angel Renee Ishmael

Angel Renee Ishmael has been working in various roles since 2006. Angel Renee began their career as a Partner at Beachfront Development, LLC, where they were responsible for brand recognition, marketing and sales development, web site traffic growth, web site utilization and lead generation, as well as public education on modular construction. In 2009, they co-founded Kidgrade, dedicated to rating how kid-friendly places are. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Chicago Glambassador for Glamour Magazine, a Brand Ambassador for various companies, and a Private Yoga Instructor for University of Chicago employees. In 2012, they were hired by Oakley to teach a private yoga class at North Avenue Beach on Mother's Day. In 2013, they began teaching Kids Yoga at Hyde Park Montessori. From 2017 to 2018, they held roles as Mindset Coach at Angel Renee Co., Project Manager / Social Media Manager at BluePrint Information Products, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Marketing Director at NetBlaze.

Angel Renee Ishmael completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Marketing from Purdue University between 1988 and 1992. In 2012, they completed a 200 RYT certification in Hatha Yoga from Global Yoga Center. From 2013 to the present, they have been studying Thai Massage Fundamentals at Thai Bodywork School of Thai Massage. Between 2015 and 2016, they were certified in Holistic Health/Life Coaching from IAWP.
