Prashant Pareek is an experienced professional in customer success operations and technical analysis, currently serving as the Customer Success Operations Manager at NetBrain Technologies Inc. since January 2022. Prashant drives strategy and processes for customer success operations, managing a team of Digital Customer Success Managers to enhance customer retention.
