Simran Kapoor

Simran Kapoor is an experienced UX designer currently serving as an Associate Senior UX Designer at NetBramha, a global UX design studio, since November 2021. In this role, Simran leads initiatives to enhance post-purchase experiences for a major e-commerce brand, collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting usability tests to ensure solutions align with user needs. Previous experience includes leading a team to redesign a fantasy gaming app, designing a B2C mobile app for a fintech unicorn, and facilitating workshops for stakeholders at a leading beauty e-commerce brand during the role of Associate UX Designer. Simran began a career with an internship at 22feet Tribal Worldwide, contributing to creative projects for notable brands. Simran holds a BA in Visual Communication with a focus on Graphic Design from St Joseph's University, completed in 2019.
