Jose Balcarcel

Jose Balcarcel has experience in various roles related to AWS Integration, Cloud Migration, and Application Support. Jose has worked with organizations like U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, NetCentrics, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), TEKsystems, and ACS, a Xerox Company. Jose has expertise in analyzing custom applications, identifying outdated components, providing roadmaps for their moderation, and working with engineering teams to identify migration paths. Jose has also supported ETL processes, provided analysis on daily processes, and developed operational tools for internal and external use. Additionally, they have given support to incidents related to databases like MSSQL, MySQL, and Oracle.

Jose Balcarcel attended the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer System Engineering with a focus on Information Technology.
