Aleksandra Cvetanovska

Aleksandra Cvetanovska has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Aleksandra is currently employed at Brainster as a Trainer for the Project and Product Management Academy. In this role, they deliver high-quality lectures, reviews course content, and ensures the achievement of quality and performance goals for the attendees.

Prior to their current position, Aleksandra worked at Netcetera - Software matters as a Senior Product and Program Manager. Aleksandra served as a product owner in an agile team, coordinating the implementation, piloting, and product launch. Aleksandra also collaborated with various teams, including marketing and sales, to provide support and deliver training sessions. Aleksandra was also involved in driving behavioral and cultural changes in a large development organization.

Previously, Aleksandra worked at Johnson Matthey Macedonia as an Automation Program Leader. Aleksandra was responsible for managing and implementing the automation aspects of a Capex program and defining the program's functional scope. Aleksandra also worked as a Project Engineer and PLC Industrial and Database Administrator, where they designed, integrated, and troubleshooted electrical and automation systems.

Earlier in their career, Aleksandra worked at SoftNET as an IT Specialist and at Amplecom as an intern in ColdFusion development.

Overall, Aleksandra has demonstrated a strong background in project and product management, automation, and technical expertise.

Aleksandra Cvetanovska obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics and Automatics from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering & Information Technologies, Skopje from 2002 to 2008. In addition, they have earned several certifications, including NLP Coach Master and NLP Trainer from NLP Global Standards Association in 2023 and 2022 respectively. Aleksandra also obtained NLP Master and NLP Practitioner certifications from the International Association of NLP Institutes in 2022 and 2021 respectively. Aleksandra is also a Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile Inc in 2020 and a Scrum Master Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in 2017. Moreover, they have certifications in Project Management - Advanced Techniques from Centar za upravljanje projektima-CPM in 2014, Time Management from Triple S Group DOO in 2013, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2019.
