Pavel Nakonechnyi

Pavel Nakonechnyi has extensive work experience in the field of security engineering and software development. Pavel is currently employed as a Senior Security Engineer at Netcetera - Software matters since January 2023. Before that, they worked as a Web Application Security Engineer at the same company from May 2022 to December 2022.

Prior to joining Netcetera, Pavel worked at Gremwell as a Penetration Tester for nearly seven years, from October 2015 to May 2022. In this role, they conducted security assessments of web applications, mobile applications, network infrastructure, and various devices. Pavel followed OWASP methodology for comprehensive assessments and performed source code reviews. Pavel also reported multiple security vulnerabilities to upstream organizations such as Microsoft, Juniper, and various open source projects.

Before Gremwell, Pavel served as the Chief Information Officer at SKTB SKiT from August 2011 to September 2015. And prior to that, they worked as a C/C++ Software Engineer at NPO ATS/Alsitec from March 2008 to August 2011, where they focused on Linux and RTOS BSP and firmware development for telecom devices.

Pavel's professional journey began as a Network Administrator at Tantal from February 2006 to September 2007.
