Simona Hadji-Ognjanovski has diverse work experience in the telecommunications and technology industry. Simona started their career as an intern at Telesmart Telekom in 2009, where they gained experience in Network Operations Center (NOC). Simona then continued their internship at EOS Matrix, focusing on help desk support in 2010. Simona joined Vip operator in 2011, initially working as a NOC Specialist in IT&CSN and later transitioning to a role as a Value Added Services (VAS) Specialist in IT&CSN. During their time at Vip operator, they developed expertise in network operations and value-added services. In 2015, Simona joined one.Vip as a BSS Operations specialist, responsible for supporting various business functions. In 2016, they joined A1 Makedonija as a Product Management Expert, where they contributed to product development and management. Currently, Simona is a part of the Netcetera - Software matters team, where they have held the positions of Head of Service Desk and Head of Customer Care. Their experience includes leading customer care operations and service desk teams.

Simona Hadji-Ognjanovski holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies at Ss. "Cyril and Methodius" University in Skopje. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the ITIL 4 Foundation certification from PeopleCert in 2020.
