Vera Neulichedl

Vera Neulichedl is an experienced Release Train Engineer and Lead Scrum Master at Netcetera, where the focus is on improving people and processes within the P40 Pension Value Stream. In this role, Vera is actively involved in implementing agile methods, coaching team members, and enhancing organizational processes based on Scrum and lean principles. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Project Manager at Siemens Healthineers, where Vera led complex data integration projects in the healthcare sector, and as a Service Center Consultant at BE-terna, specializing in ERP processes. Vera's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Management, Communication & IT from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®, a semester abroad in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Hamburg, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg.
